I tried getting help with my order, but the whole thing was really frustrating. Replies took ages, and even when they did get back to me, the answers weren’t very helpful. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic information, which made it seem like they didn’t really care

It really runs a bit small for me. I’d probably size up next time.

I’ll admit, the site was okay overall. I was able to find some clothes I liked, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t feel as easy to use as I hoped. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, which got a little annoying.

The filters did help, but I still found myself going back and clicking around again because it wasn’t always clear where I was or what had actually been selected. It’s not terrible, just a bit clunky in places.

Checkout went through fine in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d probably use the site again if I found something I wanted, but I do think it could be simpler and quicker to browse

My order showed up in just a few days, so the shipping was quick, and the packaging was totally fine. I just regret not realizing how limited the tracking updates would be, because it made it a little harder to know when it was actually going to arrive.

I ordered from numph.dk and yeah, I wasn’t really impressed. Looked better online. In person, it felt basic for the price.
The quality was fine. Not bad. Just not special. I feel like I could’ve found something similar for less, so I probably wouldn’t buy again

I was kind of in a rush when I bought this, so I didn’t look too closely, but the fabric felt cheap right away. After just one wash, it got loose and didn’t hold its shape. For the price, I expected better.

I sent my order back and expected the refund to be straightforward, but it dragged on way longer than it should have. I had to reach out more than once, and the replies took a while. From the tone of the messages, I kind of got the impression they weren’t in any rush to sort it out, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. The return process felt messy and annoying, and I’m not really eager to shop here again

I wanted to like these, but the designs just feel outdated to me?! They might work for someone else, but they’re not really my style...
